Cancellation and refunds Policy

Once services have been rendered no refunds will be given.  Please note that packages are offered at a highly discounted rate and no refunds are offered on packages once you have received your first service.


There is a 24 hours cancelation notice on appointment. If you cancel within the 24 hour time period you can be charged for that appointment.


A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

  • Terms of return (i.e. number of days)
  • State of return (e.g. unworn)
  • Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
  • Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
  • Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)
